Freddy Guys is a dedicated hazelnut processing facility. We process no other nut or tree products.

Tree nuts are recognized as a major allergen by the FDA, and therefore hazelnuts must be treated as an allergen by every customer.

We recommend that allergic people recognize the possibility of cross reactivity and avoid all allergens. 

As an entity we do not recommend using our product for allergen testing. We do not recommend or encourage the use of hazelnuts among  the allergen allergic population.

We cannot be held responsible for the results of any use of our hazelnuts, a known allergen. Purchasing our hazelnuts implies that the customer agrees with this policy.
